The New Zealand Business Immigration Programme
To be considered for immigration by the New Zealand Government Immigration Department, and the Business-Entrepreneur Immigration Programme, Migrant Business-Entrepreneurs should understand and conform with the following guidelines
The Entrepreneur should invest no less than NZD$250 000
How much is this in my country's currency?
$NZD200 000 will secure no less than 25% share in a registered New Zealand business which will provide personal income and employment
$NZD50 000 for all associated legal fees and expenses
Entrepreneur must have a working knowledge of the English language but no IELTS level is required
Entrepreneur will have a skill or profession or trade which matches a business seeking investors or partners
Entrepreneur will be less than 80 years
Entrepreneur must provide medical certificates supporting clean health
Evidence of HIV AIDS, tuberculosis, some Hepatitis strains and sexually transmissible or any communicable
diseases will result in exclusion
Entrepreneur cannot have a criminal record or any pending prosecutions in any country
Entrepreneur must work in the New Zealand business for 2 years
The application process is completed within 4 weeks after receipt of all required documents and fees
Register below to be considered for elegibiliy in the Programme
Important:
Provided the business is active after 2 years, Entrepreneur receives New Zealand permanent residency status
