A Very Brief Historical Overview
The idea and structure of the original nzl.ru site was conceived in New Zealand and drafted in pencil in May 2002 after initial negotiations were opened with potential trade Consultants and Partners located in the Leningrad Oblast and St Petersburg City Regions before October 2001.
Final developments and installation were initiated in St Petersburg Russia during the winter of 2002 and design development was halted before completion in January 2003.
A new design was finalised in April 2003 and installation of the new site commenced in August 2003 at http://www.nzlru.spb.ru initially for Beta evaluation, before deciding this location would become a mirror site and eventually replace obsolete content located at http://www.nzl.ru.
The practise of nzl.ru are to act as Consultant, Intermediary and Advisor for travellers
and businesspeople from countries including: former CIS countries; Baltic States;
Russian Federation; New Zealand; Australia; South Pacific Countries, who wish to engage
in cooperative educational, tourism, and business activities; promoting opportunities
and sourcing partners for intended enterprises.

of this site.
