Upon receipt of your visa support, you may apply for a visa at any Russian Embassy or Consulate worldwide.

All online requests are processed immediately by our office in Saint Petersburg.

All invitations will be processed through the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Official visa support will be either telexed directly to the Consulate or faxed to you.

We recommend that your check with your local Russian Embassy or Consulate prior to order and confirm they accept faxed or telexed or require the original invitation document.

We will start processing your visa support on the same day if we receive documents before 12.00 p.m. (GMT+3), or we will begin processing the next business day. For next day urgent visa support processing we must have all of your documents in our Moscow office by 9.00 a.m. (GMT+3)

To obtain your visa, we will provide you your telex number. Then present the official visa support or telex number at the Russian Embassy or Consulate where you will collect your visa. We will send the original invitation to you by express mail —an additional cost, to any country in the world.

Delivery to Europe by FedEx UPS DHL is USD 63.00. USA by FedEx UPS DHL  is USD 63.00. Receipt of documents, excluding the day of despatch usually 3-6 days.
